APRO Formazione is a leading accredited VET provider based in Piedmont, Italy, founded in 1958 and organised since 1997 as a public-private consortium. Strongly rooted in its territory, APRO connects education, enterprises and local institutions to support skills development, innovation and social inclusion. Each year, it delivers over 700,000 hours of training to more than 4,500 learners and works closely with around 1,200 companies.
Its training offer covers strategic sectors such as industrial automation, mechatronics, ICT, digital media, tourism, hospitality, health and social care. APRO’s approach is guided by the vision of “inclusive specialisation”, combining excellence in vocational training with sustainability, digitalisation and equal opportunities. It also has a solid international dimension, with extensive experience in Erasmus+, Interreg, CERV and other European programmes. In March 2025, APRO was recognised by the European Training Foundation as a Centre of Vocational Excellence in Internationalisation.
