New Metropolitan Attica S.A.

“New Metropolitan Attica SA” is a Regional Development Organisation of Attica. The Organisation contributes to the planning and implementation of development initiatives and projects that support the broader strategic priorities of the Region of Attica. Its main reference points include strengthening social cohesion and improving quality of life within Attica and beyond. It functions as a hub for collecting, synthesising and disseminating information, know-how, resources and services to local and regional authorities, public administrations at national and European level, as well as to citizens, businesses and professionals.

The Organisation also operates as the Destination Management & Marketing Organisation (DMMO) of the Region of Attica, applying a recognised framework for the promotion and positioning of Attica as a tourism destination. In this capacity it advances tourism products, fosters stakeholder collaboration, provides strategic data for decision-making, and promotes sustainability and the green and digital transformation of tourism.
