DEHOGA Brandenburg e.V.

DEHOGA Brandenburg is an organization of entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry in the state of Brandenburg. With around 1,200 members, the association represents the entire spectrum of the hospitality industry. The association thus speaks for a strong industry with around 6,000 businesses, approx. €1 billion in turnover, 28,000 employees and around 3,500 trainees — a mainstay of Brandenburg’s economy.

DEHOGA Brandenburg represents the interests of the hotel and catering industry, campaigns for favourable economic and political framework conditions and provides numerous services for its members. The body for vocational training and further education is the Vocational Training Section, whose members are entrepreneurs, representatives of sixth-form colleges, the chambers of industry and commerce, the German Chefs’ Association and the Association of Master Servers and Restaurateurs.

With its international projects, DEHOGA Brandenburg pursues the goal of promoting the internationalisation of hospitality businesses in Brandenburg, strengthening the attractiveness of careers in the sector and improving its competitiveness — focusing on exchange and networking, skilled-worker development and strengthening competitiveness.
